Our ePOS touch screen inspection service is a quick and convenient way to diagnose any problems with your terminal, such as screen damage, hard drive failures, spillages, overheating, etc, and then offer you a solution to the problem.

4 Steps To Having Your Touch Screen Repaired
Step 1: Call us on 01482 606800 to arrange collection and give a brief description of the fault.
Step 2: Your touch screen will be collected by UPS courier*, usually the following day.
Step 3: Once received your touch screen will be assessed and you will be contacted regarding the fault and any additional costs associated with rectifying the problem.
Step 4: The machine will be repaired and returned.

*The price quoted for any repair will be inclusive of delivery back to the customer. All touch screens must be well packaged whilst in transit. The customer is liable for any damages incurred during transit and, should they think necessary, must insure the goods themselves for both the collection and return of the touch screen. For terminals beyond economical repair the customer has the option of free disposal of the machine returning by courier for a small fee of £19.99+vat. Un-repairable machines will be disposed of if collection is not arranged within 30 days of notification.
